I want to have a report of all Sales Order by Sales Rep and also to show which of these Sales orders haven’t been billed.

Report should have

Sales Order number, Sales Order amount, Amount for that Sales Order bill and Amount for that sales order not billed.

There will be a status on the Sales Order which indicates if nothing has happened. If it’s been fullfilled but not billed. Partially fullfilled, not billed. Fully fullfilled and fully billed. Fully fullfilled but partially billed. So filter on the statuses that include not fully billed.

Then I believe there are values you can pick in the saved search for Amount Billed, Amount Remaining which will get the numbers you want. (This is done thru a transaction saved search as opposed to thru the reports module)

You may customize the Sales order by Sales Rep detail report by adding the Amount (Billed) field from the bookings folder and adding a formula field that will show the difference between Amount (Net) and Amount (Billed). This will show you the amount that has not been billed/invoiced yet.
