[FHC]

I’m having trouble with importing items with a sublist. I’ve set up a custom list for product videos where each list item has a name of the video followed by a video ID, separated by a pipe character (|), so the name is something like:

This is the name of the video | 123456

When I import the items to edit the product videos assigned to an item, I get an error for any items that where the product video isn’t blank (I can import ones where the field is blank and things get overwritten).

All I get is an error like this:

Invalid custitem_custom_videos reference key This is the name of the video .
(It doesn’t include the pipe or the video ID, but I’ve tried it with just straight text and that didn’t work either.)

I’ve tried checking and unchecking “Add or Update” and “Overwrite Sublists” to no avail.

Any idea what could be going on here? I really don’t feel like editing product videos on 95 separate items…
