How do I add fields such as “customer” and “class” to the Quota’s and Forecasts reports and/or screens?

    Hi Roger,

Can you be more specific on the report or page that you are pertaining to? Is this a Standard NetSuite Report? Please include navigational path in NetSuite (eg. Transactions > Quota/Forecast > Establish Quota).

Apologies for delay in reply–been out a bit–I do appreciate the reply from you.

We are trying to figure out a way to have an “entry” page to bring in or enter quota’s and/or forecasts details and then be able to drill down (in a report) by “cust by rep by month” and “sales by cust by rep by month”, etc…

I am sure it is just something I am not thinking of at this point.

    Thanks in advance,

    Roger

    Hello Roger,

Currently, there is no way to enter a Quota by Customer. On the Quota page (Transactions > Quota/Forecast > Establish Quotas), you can only specify a Quota per Department, Location or Class. No field for Customer. This is still an Enhancement (#174563).

As for the reports that would show sales by cust by rep by month, you may want to customize the Standard Sales Reports (Reports > Sales > Sales By Customer or Sales By Sales Rep) to see if the fields are available. I hope this helps.

Awesome–Thanks for the information on both areas! Where is the voting (or what are the chances of this enhancement happening soon) on this? Do you know?
