Just got this from NetSuite for my pivot report error message:

Defect #- 243181

SUMMARY: Lists > Search > Saved Searches > Edit an existing Saved Search (e.g. Case) > Click Pivot Report button > Error: Can’t fine method $Proxy99.addRowHierarchy(sting,string,string). (pivotsearch.js#212)

Really? So now I can’t use the Pivot Report function in NetSuite?

Is anyone else having an issue? This is the error message I get in the report preview window pane:

Hi, yes this is known defect in 2013.1 . Doesn’t seem to have high priority with NetSuite at this stage unfortunately.

That’s just wonderful. I have 10 reports that rely on this feature. I guess I’ll just have to export to Excel, like everything else I have to report on from NetSuite.

Someone has Pivot Reports out of BETA? You can save them? I get this error from users but I can’t find the right permission to make it go away…

It’s 2/21 and still no fix. For anything (Saved Reports is also an issue, I can’t see any one else’s reports that I have access to unless I’m administrator).

So NetSuite support sent me an email to say this has been a verified fix. Logged back into NetSuite to find out that it is still not working. Insert banging head against wall…

thanks for you attention to this matter. this is why i love netsuite. everyone at the company is involved in improvements and fixes.

is pivot out of beta and live now to save?

while I have your ear any chance you could team up with the team at CodeEnvy to bring the NS IDE into the cloud? instead of just the eclipse plugin?

i’ve already bugged them about it?
