Go to, Reports –> Inventory/Items -> Physical Inventory Worksheet

If Serial number column is shown then it shows all serial numbers for that item.

How do I show only available serial numbers?

I have tried following option where shows me only available serial number.

1.Open any serialized item

2.Go to Inventory detail tab

3.Click on customize view button

4.In result tab add Number, Location, On Hand and Inventory Number>Item fields.

This is giving correct result of location wise on hand serial number.

But in this report I want to show item’s display name also, how do I show?

I have tried using formula in ‘Item Number Fields’ i.e ‘item.displayname’

this field shows me correct item display name on record of that inventory serial number

but in search result showing formula itself.

I understand each serial number has a value assigned to it. Does anyone have a way to add this assigned value to the customized view above OR any other method to get a report showing: Number – Location – On Hand – Inventory Number>Item – Inventory Value? [Number = serial number in this customized view]
