Hi,

I had a problem when clicking the Other Relationships button on the customer record. I want to create an”Other Relationships” of a partner and that works fine. The snag I’m running into is when changing the Customer Company Name, it does not change the Partner Company Name thats linked to it. Can anybody help me with this.

To add more clarity with an Example:

I have a customer as “Testing” as the Company Name and I created an “Other Relationship” as a Partner. This way when viewing the Customer Record I can see in the Other Relationships field that he is also a Partner.

Now I wanted to change the Customer Company Name to “Testing 123”. When doing this it does not update the Partner Record with the same Company Name. I can look at the Partner Record and notice that the company name is still “Testing”. Is there a way that when changing the customer company name it automatically updates the partner company name to change with it?
