I’m attempting to write a report to include various select accounts. This could easily be done in SalesForce.com by simply using a series of “or” statements e.g., “Account Name = Acme Widgets OR Smith Stores OR Bob’s Bait Shoppe.” I can’t get NetSuite to do the same. How can I accomplish this in NS?

Reports do not allow OR logic (yet). Saved Searches can allow OR logic by clicking the “Use Expression” checkbox on the search builder.

Hi, sorry for re-opening this old post, has there been any development or this is still the case, can’t do OR in filters?

RE: "Or" Statements in Report Filters

Depends on the report type. If you’re talking about a financial report, you can use the Financial Report Layout Builder to create sections that allow OR filtering.

In other cases you can perhaps use standard filtering and use “anyof” and select all the possible values.
