Back in March of 2011 we experienced an issue with the ODBC connection where it was returning null values for queries that joined between custom records and item records. At that time I opened case 1286746 which was resolved, in two very long days. Starting at approximately 1AM EST 8/6/2011 this issue resurfaced. I have reopened the case.

If I view these records through the NetSuite UI the data appears to be fine, it is only when trying to query these records via the ODBC connection that the problem surfaces. Unfortunately this has a major business impact on our business that will be urgent starting at 7AM on Monday 8/8 when our organization gears up for the day.

Is anyone else experiencing similar issues with the ODBC connection? Or are we the only luck ones?

We’re also having issues. NetSuite is setting fields to NULL when they should be set to some other value.
