    Hello,

I need to pull up a search to list out all employees who have not done time entry at all or have done less than 8 hours a day – the day selection date filter should be made available as a Selectable filter on the Search.

    Example – Search for Oct 4 2015

    emp1 – 6 hours (2 time entries of 2 hour & 4 hours each total comes to 6 hours)

    emp3 – 0 hours

    emp 5 – 3 hours

    emp10 – 0 hours

I need to liist only employees who DO NOT have any time entry OR have partial time entries for a given day.

Complicating the matter is the fact that one can have multiple time entries for each day or no time entries at all.

This will need summary searching and grouping because of multiple entries.

I tried creating a search but either it picks only employees having time entries and does not pick employees who do not have any time entry at all (if i set date filter)

Any ideas on how to accomplish this.

I am sure there must be a way to pull all employees meeting the criteria on a particular date.

    Thanks / Regards

    Hi J.J,

If the saved search is based on time entries, have you tried to put a description under the Summary tab of the criteria section? (see attachment)

For the given day, I’m guessing that you have tried with available filters.

    Cheers.
