I’ve been trying to create a lead to customer conversion report that shows the leads that have been converted to a sale and then to show that original contact (i.e. the person who was converted over and helped to generate that sale).

The only examples I’ve found on this forum look for formulas for number totals, but I’m really looking for the list.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    thanks!

Maybe you have to specify a little bit more.

    >the leads that have been converted to a sale

Is this from a specific campaign? And do you mean here transactions of customers?

    >and then to show that original contact (i.e. the person who was converted over and helped to generate that sale).

That would be the original lead.

Sorry, I’m not really sure what you are looking for.

RE: Lead to Customer Conversion Report

Marketing is looking to see which leads from shows or any marketing campaigns have gone from lead to prospect to a closed sale (customer) and they would like to see that original contact (the original lead who was converted to a contact upon conversion).

Actually, this has just been revised to include the following:

Lead converted to a contact for an existing prospect, then the prospect became a sale (or closed-won customer) after the lead conversion.

I don’t even think this is doable, is it?
