jarendtszIt looks like the last modified date is not available on the CUSTOMERS view. This is a cruical requirements for us to be able to only retrieve records that have been modified recently.
Is this an oversight? Can this be added to the view?
I also noticed that new fields made available in v11 in the customer record such as “Is Individual”, “Home Phone” are unavailable in the customer view. Any plans to update the view to include these fields?
Thanks
Jan

StephanRE: Last modified date for customer view/table?
Are you sure about that? When I look at Lists > Relationships > Customers and click to edit the view, ‘Last Modified’ and ‘Is Individual’ is available for criteria, results and filters.
‘Home phone’ appears to be available also, in the primary contact fields.
Edit: oops, not sure about in enterprise reporting, but it’s definitely in the GUI…

I am also having issues showing Expense Reports via Enterprise Reporting (advanced anylitics)
How likely is it that this will be exposed for ER?
When could I expect this to be available?

mhuffmanJan,
Unfortunately those fields aren’t yet exposed in the ODBC CUSTOMERS view. This has been logged as issue 111391.
Cameron,
Expense report data is available through the TRANSACTIONS view. You can filter by TRANSACTION_TYPE to see data for only expense reports. Is there a specific field you are unable to report on?

Malin,
We are running against this as well. In addition, if there is a create date on a table, it doesn’t show the real HOUR:MINUTE:SECOND.
Do you know when this is going to be implemented?
I’m looking for this in these tables to start:
ENTITY
CUSTOMERS
ITEMS
TRANSACTIONS
CASE_STAGE_CHANGES
Thanks,
Shanon
