Hi all,

I’m exploring the knowledge base functionality in NetSuite in all fronts: NetSuite UI, web services and ODBC.

I created only one solution in our knowledge base. Then I did the following query:

select * from solutions

It returned me the solution I entered…. 370 TIMES! The exact same record 370-plicated.

Had anyone ever seen this?

Hi Ivan,

I just ran the query and now it’s returning 398 times the same result, instead of 370.
