Is anyone else having an issue when using Item Searches they are getting a Time out error and it forces you to log back in? It seems every time we do an item search we are seeing the same result company wide.

No issues running item searches (saved or ad hoc) here. I would open a support case w/ NS for sure if you haven’t already.

Are they previously created saved searches or new saved searches as well? It could possibly be a server migration thing. Is the URL switching from NA1 to NA2 or vice versa?

Just incase anyone was interested in the outcome. The solution is in the saved URL that was book marked in the browser or on the dashboard. Old searches / reports were using the system.netsuite.com as the base url and the new url needs to be system.na2.netsuite.com When this is corrected to the saved URLs the issues are resolved.
