    Hi there,

    We’ve been having some issues with our scheduled reporting. Some of the reports that are scheduled have no results in the email, even though if you log into NetSuite and pull the same report, there is information in the report.

    Has anyone else experienced issues with the report schedules since the upgrade? We’ve had no issues until then.

    I vaguely remember that happening a few years back. From memory we had to edit and save all existing reports for them to function correctly. But then again sometimes I swear I remember drinking with unicorns at a rave on Pluto, so I dunno.

    We began having this problem in February and we have not yet been upgraded to Version 2013.1.

    Support added the case to an existing Defect #238060.

    Can it be a permission issue? When logging in and running it you have your permissions, but when it runs scheduled what permissions are used? Probably report owner. Could that be the difference?

    Finally figured it out. Apparently, because I created the report using Save As from another, it added two date ranges in the schedule record. I deleted the schedule and rescheduled and it worked fine. Not sure how that happened.

    Had same issue. Glad I found your post — couldn’t figure out why it was adding the second time filter!
