    All,

    I have an online form in which I would like the user to be able to upload a resume which would then attach itself to the record when submitted. Is this possible? I am under the understanding that File Cabinet access is required for this, and it cannot be enabled for online use. However, I have seen other forms with this functionality. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    Good morning,

    If your form is an Online Customer Form or an Online Case Form you can add the ‘File’ field to the form.

    This allows the user to upload a file and the file is attached to the resulting record under Communication-Files.
