I can’t find any documentation anywhere on the web about creating a suitescript that interacts with RFSmart. I’m hopeful someone on here has some insight.

I’m not sure what you are asking for. SuiteScript is not the issue: RFSmart is an external system and you would need to know and understand the APIs they expose, and what communication is possible. You should contact your RFSmart account manager. In general though, RFSmart to NetSuite communication is handled through the stock integration RFSmart offers.
