Hi,
I’m having trouble finding a way to get my inventory tracking search to order by both date AND time. I’ve attached a picture of the search results here that I am using to get a running total on inventory. It works perfectly except for the fact that if 2 transactions take place on the same date then they appear in seemingly random order. When this random order is not chronological then the final inventory number doesn’t appear to match up with the top. One has to mentally rearrange the order to have it match up.
I’ve attached an example here where the actual quantity on hand at the end of yesterday (7/20) was 85, but you can see where the transactions got out of order.
How can I tell the search to sort by both date and time while maintaining the formula in the other field calculating the running total?
More so, is it possible to include the inventory detail icon with the inventory detail from each record? (I know this may be a stretch. The date and time problem is the most important)

Try adding Formula (Date/Time) and choose your date field in the formula section , Then choose the formula (date/time) to sort by. I hope you can see the screenshot. It’s a little blurry.
