I am trying to pull the actual itme numbers in a tranasction search and the api is only returning the internal id. What is wrong with my search?

If you select Item – that is basically a link to item record so the internal ID is returned. As an alternative you can use Item: Name/ID or {item.id}

Thanks JJ It worked Now I am trying to find the {createdfrom} field to return a value instead of a link. Any help would be appreciated.

simple instead of picking createdfrom field – select formula text and put {createdfrom} in formula. Alternatively use {createdfrom.number}
