Hi All

Just recently, in the last day in fact, the sum on my General Ledger report is wrong. The BFwd and final Balance figure are the same. Basically, the sum line is not taking into account the transactions during the month, despite the totals in the Debit and Credit columns being correct! So far, only the GL report seems to be affected.

Can anyone shed any light on this for me?

Hmmm, just checked this, and noticing the same behavior. When I export the GL report to Excel, it’s correct. But when you view it in the system, the final balance is the same as the balance/fwd number, as you describe. The problem is the with the final balance number.

Have you reported this to NetSuite? Please post back what you hear, I will as well.

It’s an existing issue – reported late last week. S1 priority so should be resolved imminently.

Yep, my case was joined to the defect as well

Defect 248804

Fix release is scheduled for tomorrow night.
