Hi,

I am setting up a new environment and I am having troubles with the currency shown in the transaction email.

– The Primary Currency of the vendor is ‘Euro’

– The item prices entered are in Euro

– The currency on the Parent company and all the subsidiaries is Euro

– I created a new Purchase Order with currency ‘Euro’

But still the prices on the Purchase Order Transaction email are shown in British Pound.

Any idea what I am missing?

Does it convert the price from Euro to GBP, or is it just the same number but with the wrong symbol displayed? Do you have the same problem if you do a Euro SO?

Hi,

It does not convert the price. It is the same number but with the wrong symbol. I applied a Advanced PDF template to the email and now it is displaying the correct currency…
