If you go to the list of All Saved Reports, you can deselect an option to show Inactive Reports. Is there a preference somewhere to NOT show inactive reports on the Reports Overview page?

There is currently no preference to hide inactive report from the All Saved Reports page without setting the Inactive filter.

Please file a case so that we may file the enhancement request in your behalf. Please make sure to add in the business use case as to why you need this feature and how this would help your end users.
