Hi All,
I am trying to create a dynamic customer group for sales rep to trigger emails and make follow up phone calls, they want the group should be restricted 20,
I am just wondering is there any solution within Saved search to restrict number of results and which applies to customer group as well?
if anyone could help, that would be highly appreciated.

If I understand what you want correctly, on the Results tab check the box for Run Unrestricted and then you can enter a value for Max Results.
From the help: Enter a number in this field to define a maximum number of records that this search can display as results. If you define a Max Results limit, and the number of search results exceeds this limit, a "more…" notation displays after the last row of results.

Saved search works fine as you you explained, but when I use this saved search to create dynamic customer group (my saved search is list of customers with some criteria i.e. customer category) , it does not restrict result to 10, it shows all the results though I have set maximum results to 10. any idea?

Sorry, I have used the Max Results before but not in a dynamic group. Assumed it would work (silly me…)
