[Paul Reading]

A long time ago the ability for a sales person to change forms was removed. Now anyone logged in as a sales person cannot change forms. I now need to give them the ability to change forms and I cannot see how to do it. I have tried to compare role differences but nothing that is different makes any sense.

I would be grateful if anyone knows how I might fix this problem.

Have you checked to see if there are forms disabled on the role record? And to clarify, is the field to select the form hidden or set to inline on the form?
