hhernandezHi,
Did you enable the promotions type after the bundle installation?
Enable the promotion types at Setup > Customization > Plug-Ins > Manage Plug-Ins.
a.Go to Setup > Customization > Plug-Ins > Manage Plug-Ins.
b.On the Manage Plug-In Implementations page, under Promotions, check the box next to each promotion type you want to create.
c.Click Save.

hhernandezFor Buy X Get Y(Free), you still need to manually add the free item on the sales order. Automatically adding of the free item on the Sales Order sublist is currently an Enhancement (Enhancement #229769).
Here is the basic setup:
I. Create Buy X, Get Y Promo Code
1. Navigate to Lists > Marketing > Promotions > New
2. Enter Code on the Promotion Code field. Example: FREEITEM
3. Click Eligibility tab > Buy X sub tab > Add Buy X Criteria > Select Items > add Item XXX (Minimum Purchase = 1)
4. Click Discount tab > Get Y Discount > Select Items > add Item YYY (Promotional Offer = 100%; Limit = 1)
5. Click Save

Does this feature allow you to do Buy 3 get 2 free? It sounds more like Buy x Get 1 free.

elieI have a similar question:
Can you Buy X @ groups of 5 Get y @ groups of 1
So, if I have a 5+1 promo, and the customer orders 10 – they’ll get two of the y item?
I can’t seem to figure out how to configure this. All I can do, at best, is percentages, but that will give you the same percentage off at uneven quantities, like 7, 8, 9 – I only want the 6th or 12th item free….

CloudHi,
Can It be a selection of items or only items you define?
What about – Buy 2 items get 10% off 3rd item? How do you do this?
Thanks
