Hi,

I created a workflow to record any changes occur in some specific fields .. but this workflow doesnt consider the blank field as an old record or even a new record .. this will not allow me to know any first entry or any removed value from these fields .

For example : i added this formula to the workflow : {old.custitem_author} != {custitem_author} .. this seems efficient when changing the value but not for adding a new one or removing it .
