Hi all,

I am designing a couple of packing slip for our customers. I already can print it out with the template under “Transactions” –> “Management” –> “Print Checks and Forms” –> “Packing Slips and Return Forms”. I wonder is there any way to print out with the packing slip template I designed under the item fulfillment?

Packing Slips cannot be associated to Customers.

Packing Slips can be associated to specific Sales Order custom forms.

In your scenario, you would need to create 1 Sales Order custom form per customer that has a specific Packing Slip.

Then, when a SO is created, the user would need to select the Sales Order form that matches their customer. This bit here could be automated with scripting, or even a workflow.

With the correct SO form selected, the Packing Slip would then correctly be used.

I can’t find that option on the custom sales order form(Please see attached). Packing slip should be associate item fulfillment form, instead of the sales order form, right?

The Packing Slip Form can be selected under the Linked Forms tab of your Custom Sales Order Form:
