    When I click on an account on the balance sheet or income statement or other financial statement, I see all the transaction amounts in one column as positive or negative numbers. When others look at the same information, they see the transaction amounts in columns marked debit or credit. I’m trying to figure out how I can change my view so I can see the debit and credit columns but cannot find any information as to how to do this. Does anyone have any ideas? Any help appreciated!!

    Are you using the same reports as the other users? It may be that they are using customized reports that use the Amount (Debit) and Amount (Credit) fields rather than the Amount field which is used on standard detail reports.
