I have Googled and searched this forum and can’t seem to get the “Base Price” of an item to import from my csv file. It gives me this error:

    Error: Please enter missing price(s)

I mapped the columns in the csv file like this:

    http://awesomescreenshot.com/0ff2xbpv1f

    USA > mapped to> Pricing 1 : Currency (Req)

My Base Price > mapped to> Pricing 1 : Price (Req)

Base Price > mapped to> Pricing 1 : Price Level (Req)

    1 > mapped to> Pricing 1 : Quantity (Req)

    What am I doing wrong?

    Thanks!

My guess is you have Quantity Pricing on. If you do, you must provide pricing for ALL quantity steps for all the price levels you wish to make updates to.

Try mapping the Quantity to 0 instead of 1.

Netsuite won’t help us because we haven’t paid for support. Arg! I have attached how we are mapping “Base Price” and the result. Can’t get the pricing to import. Anyone else have a solution?

I did it! Granted I had to take off “Quantity Pricing” from my Netsuite Enabled features. Base Price

We also use Qty pricing and do update the Base Price via CSV. If I recall one of the CSV options is to overwrite the entire price sub table with this new data.

    AUS

    Pricing 1 : Currency (Req)

    Gross Price

    Pricing 1 : Price (Req)

    Base Price

Pricing 1 : Price Level (Req)

    0

    Pricing 1 : Quantity (Req)
