I ran a report to pull out stock levels of a list of products we sell. Well the header lists out which warehouse it is coming from and I would like to hide this part of the report so no one sees where it comes from. Is this possible? When I try to customize the report it just lets me the edit the columns below the header.

Report Name (I can edit this)

Warehouse 1, Warehouse 2 (where do I edit this at? or hide it if at all possible)

item | on hand | on order (I can edit these column names)

    RE: Hide Header in Reports?

Are you referring to the Report description? If yes, you have two options:

    1) Home > Set Preferences > Reporting/Search tab > Display Report Description = F

    2) Customize the report > go to More Options > remove the text in the Description box > Save.

    RE: Hide Header in Reports?

I want to remove the warehouse references. I can edit the columns named on hand or on order but I cant seem to find a way to get rid of the warehouse labels. Is it even possible?

    Hi Maria,

With regards to hiding the Report description [1) above] is it possible to set this on the company’s preferences or is it by individual only?

This is a user preference only.
