    All,

    I am running into an issue where on random customer records, the record only has a customer ID and does not have a true First Name/Last Name attached to it. The fields First Name and Last Name are also missing from the form itself (on these records only). If I pull up another customer record that does have a first and last name, the fields are on the form as they should be. Any ideas as to what would make the standard customer first and last name field disappear?

    David,

    You were exactly correct. It appears at some point a previous dev enabled the Customer Type field, then at some point disabled it. The agents were clicking “Company” during the time it was enabled, causing this. Thank you for steering me in the right direction!
