But I want Financial reports(mostly trial balance, balance sheet, profit and loss reports) are in USD currency only.

Olivier Gagnon NCRE: Financial Report In specific currency (USD)
When setting up a OneWorld account, the reporting currency is a critical question to ask. What should have happened here is that your implementor should have placed a USD parent subsidiary on top of your AED one. Without this, it will not be possible for you to report in USD.
You can still go through the process of trying to add this subsidiary. I would recommend attempting the change in Sandbox first and understanding the impacts all the way up to your consolidated reporting. You’ll need to contact NS to enable the subsidiary management tool.
Another option you can hold out for is Multi-Book accounting, so you can have a USD book in parallel to your AED one. However, this feature just started rolling out in 2014.1 and is both incomplete and by all accounts very buggy at the moment, so you’d probably only be able to implement it in 2-3 versions from now.
Finally, you can always just dump your report in Excel and apply a formula to convert all numbers to USD – basically manually do what NS consolidated report does.

mvartanianWe already have a USD parent sub on top of our foreign subs. How can I get the foreign sub TB in USD? Thanks.

Olivier Gagnon NCRunning the TB directly won’t really work because it does not allow pivoting on Subsidiaries. I recommend you run the Income Statement and Balance Sheet seperately. You just need to run them as the consolidated level, and set the COLUMN field (bottom right of report) to Subsidiary. You can then see your sub in USD.

mlumangayaHi mvartanian,
As long as the Foreign Subs are under the USD Sub, you can always make use of the Consolidation Feature.
Pleas try the following:
1. Run the Trial Balance on the Consolidated Level.
2. Ensure that the Subsidiary Context you assigned is the USD Sub.
3. After doing this (Refresh), customize the Trial Balance.
4. Under Filters tab, expand the ‘Trial Balance’ folder.
5. Select Subsidiary.
6. Select the Subsidiaries that you want the Report to show data.
7. Save
Result:
The Trial Balance will show the Transactions for the selected Subsidiaries but the amounts will be in USD since the Subsidiary Context you are using is the USD Parent Sub.
Please let me know if this works
