    Hi,

    I posted this question (https://usergroup.netsuite.com/users…-service-items) last week but haven’t gotten a bit further.

    I was able to create a saved search with service items (through Item with a filter on Type). But that still doesn’t give me the relation to JobTask. This is why I’m looking for an entity relationship diagram of NetSuite to correctly understand the relations. Where can I find this?

    Hi,

    We currently don’t have an ERD published yet as it is still a feature request to include this on our Help Center.

    You can however vote for the Enhancement # 67251 Provide ER Diagram for the Connect Schema (Netsuite Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD).
