    Hey Guys,

    Me again. I need to build a workflow that sends an email each time a field is updated to the primary email address on the attached customer record. Essentially, this is how the messed up process needs to work:

    Import is ran to complete item fulfillment and poplate a tracking number in a CUSTOM tracking number field.

    I need the work flow to send the email when the custom tracking number field is populated with the tracking number information from the import. So essentially, the import of this information should be the trigger for the workflow. I know how to build a standard email workflow, but I’m not sure how to configure the triggers on this one. Any ideas? I can and will provide more/any information needed.

    There is a csv preference to “Run Server SuiteScript and Trigger Workflows”. This option must be enabled for a CSV import to trigger a workflow that is based on record creation or update.

    Robert, thanks for the reply! I see that there, but can the workflow be trigger based on the updated of that specific field?

    I haven’t tested it but it should work that way according to SuiteAnswer โ€‹Answer Id: 9941
