    Yes you can connect to the SandBox via ODBC.

    You must point the connection to odbcserver.sandbox.netsuite.com instead of odbcserver.netsuite.com.

    Driver={NetSuiteODBCDriver};Server=odbcserver.sand box.netsuite.com;Database=NetSuite.com;Uid=user1@m ycompany.com;Pwd=password;
