Hi all! I’m new to Netsuite and these forums. My company is looking for a way to display custom saved searches on multiple screens within our warehouse. These will be smart TVs capable of web browsing. We’re just looking to display “shipping today” and maybe priority orders in a list. Is there a best practice solution for this type of thing already?

We do pretty much exactly this with web services for our production schedule. PM me and we can tell you more about it?

I wouldn’t try to use the the web browsing on the TV. I’ve found their browsers to be very bad (typically) and slow. I would hook up a small form factor computer or use screen mirroring. Create yourself a nice HTML dashboard that will update itself.
I would create an external connection to NetSuite using a RESTLet to get the data. This way your not constantly logged in as a user.
I’ve done this before with a raspberry pi but if you can I would use something a little more powerful. You can get computers or even a cromebook pretty cheep these days.

Yes, agreed. Chromebooks are also what we use. Probably under $100 these days.

If you don’t want the full laptop form of a chromebook, there are also chromeboxes https://www.amazon.com/Asus-CHROMEBO…/dp/B00IT1WJZQ
