    Is there any way to modify the Email Message form? I need to add/remove some fields but can't find a customization option anywhere. Any prompt answers would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

    What specifically do you mean by the email form? The form itself that allows you to specify the recipients, second tab has the message, third tab has the attachments? Or do you mean ability to customize email templates? The form itself is not customizable.

Apologies, should’ve mentioned we’re implementing Case Management and the client has requested the ‘Recipient’ field on the Recipients tab be hidden as it’s confusing (for whatever reason). I’ve not found where it’s customizable either but figured I’d ask, thanks!

    I've done this via scripting before – by deploying a Before Load User Event script to the Message record which can then manipulate the form.
