I want to create a report/search of “How many “Original” Customers each rep has” – problem is, if a previous customer was reassigned to a new rep it now appears under him, but he didn’t create this customer… see what I’m saying?

“If Ron came onboard this month, and brought in 5 new accounts, that’s his. If he inherited 25 accounts from someone else that’s not his” – I only want to see his accounts. (Style: Summary – Sales Rep, # of Accts)

Could this possibly be accomplished by doing a system notes search or a customer search including system notes fields?

The system notes will record who actually created the customer as well as when and to whom it was transferred. I don’t know if this will work, but it’s all I can come up with unless you create a customer field for “original rep”.
