    I created a custom lead form and made it preferred, but when I edit a lead, it is not the default custom form listed. I have tried everything, and nothing seems to work. I notice that it works with the Customer form, but not with the Lead form. I would appreciate any help on this.

    Not sure what you mean by that. I don’t want this customized lead form to be specific to a one record, but to all lead records. I want my customized lead form to be the default custom form used whenever I edit a lead. Even if I set it preferred, it will not load it as default.

    Take a look at the “Store form with record” on all your custom forms.

    Thanks for the tip. I tried that and it didn’t resolve the problem.

    The existing records may still have the previous forms saved with the records. Try editing one and resaving it. You could also delete the other forms if you need to.

    Along with your suggestion, I dinked around with different settings turning them off and on, and resubmitting, and finally it took. Thanks again for your help.
