Hello! Is anyone having an issue getting custom item label PDFs to show in the drop down under print checks & forms? I can't seem to have any influence over that drop down in one of my accounts. I create a new custom item label, but nothing changes.
On the same topic, for some reason nothing seems to be able to change the label used when I hit print labels on a PO. I've selected the correct one as the preferred layout, but nothing changes.
Anyone know what's going on? Is there some global setting to enable custom PDFs for printing?
