    I have just added a couple of custom fields for the vendor and item records. Those new fields are not showing up in the customize form screen to add to the forms.

    The fields are set to normal display on the main tab, but they do not appear,

    I seem to recall having this issue before, but I do not remember how to fix it.

    Any suggestions would be great.

    Hi toddk ,

    Have you applied the fields to the form? There should be an Apply to Form button to have the added.

    Yes. I did that for both the new fields for the vendor and the new field for the item.
