Hi,

I need to create a Custom Dropdown field “VENDOR”, which will display the list of APPROVED Vendors (instead of all the Vendors)

Not sure how to display based on this criteria. Please Advice.

First of all create a Custom Entity Field called ‘Approved Vendor’ with the Type ‘Check Box’.

Then your custom dropdown field should be configured as follows:

Type – List/Record

List/Record – Vendor

Sourcing & Filtering > Filter Using: Approved Vendor, Is Checked
