I am having a problem with creating a bundle with a custom center with center = ALL. After installing the bundle, the custom center is shown in

all centers, except employee and customer centers.

Work around:

I have to create a bundle with a custom center just for employee center

and one bundle with a custom center just for customer center.

Does anyone has the same problem?

This is not related to the bundler. If you create a custom center tab and assign it to ALL, it will not show in external centers. Basically ALL means “All Internal Centers”.
