I am getting an error when trying to import a CSV file to update some payment records. The formatting is correct and the files are identical to ones I have successfully imported before (except new payment IDs of course and new data).
Is there an issue with CSV imports right now?
When I run the import, about a minute later it completes with 0 out of 375 records imported. The results show “unknown error has occured” for every record that tried to import. I have tried it multiple times, during work hours and in the evening.
Does anyone know why this is happening, or is also having this problem???
