    Since our upgrade one week ago, we are unable to load Sales Orders with custom shipping address information. The orders appear to load just fine, but the Ship To field shows ‘custom’ only – no data.

    I seem to recall this may have happened after a previous upgrade as well, but don’t seem to have a record of how we fixed it. I believe it must have something to do with a change to a setting……………..just don’t know which one! Any ideas? Thanks

    Hi,

    Out of curiosity, are you using AvaTax? If yes, there was a similar issue observed following an update of AvaTax bundle made two weeks ago, but a fix was released recently, fixing the issue. You may try updating AvaTax bundle if you use this.

    RE: Csv Import not working since upgrade

    We are not using AvaTax, but thanks for the suggestion. On submitting a second case to NetSuite, I was able to get an answer. During the upgrade, Ship To field was somehow marked as Mandatory on the Custom Form. No idea how or why, but will be watching for this on our next upgrade.
