    I have a customer import that I’ve used for months. Imports attempted after 5/25/10 simply vanish after I submit them.

    I get the same message screen that says it’s successful with a link to the job status page, but when I visit that page, the new job is not listed and the customers never import.

    I have self-serve support, however, I’ve started a case: 1163403.

    Are the date filters at the bottom of the result screen correct? even if they are, try pressing Refresh

    Just to add, kindly set the Date = All then hit the Refresh button. Please reply to the email of the Support Rep who is handling your case.

    Yes, the date is and always has been set to All.

    Prior imports show up.

    Changing it to a date range for recent days will remove the older imports, but will not show recently submitted ones.

    Changing it back to All will show older ones, but will not show recently submitted ones.

    I don’t think they actually enter the queue, even though I get a “success” message.

    While attempting it one more time to capture screenshots for customer service, it worked.

    Same file, same saved import, better result. Not sure what changed, but at least it works again.
