    We have a report that pulls the invoice, the item description column, the reason not covered column and the total revenue. The issue we have is that it pulls all the information for each column except on the invoices where the charge of the line item is zero and the revenue comes from the shipping total. Does this make sense? I cannot pull the description and reason not covered information from the invoices that have a Zero dollar line item and only a cost on the shipping.

    Basically it is not pulling the information on the line items that have a zero cost…how do I modify that so it does?

    Try going in the report options and tick in “Show Zeroes”

    Yes I clicked show zeros and I think that did it….Can I get rid of the main line like you do in a search or no for reports?

    sounds like it could be an account issue. Depending on what type of account the shipping is set up with, it may not show in a sales report? you many need to create a report that allows you to pull the shipping info in it…

    give that a try and post if it doesn’t work.
