Hi, I am trying to amend the content of the Custom Reports Tab on a Custom Sales Center. There are a number of Categories that I would like to remove from the Reports Tab. The issue I am having is when I try and remove one of these Categories it throws an error:

This record cannot be deleted, because it is referred to by other records.

Any advice on this?

Hi robkozak,

Do these categories contain links on them? I remember having this issue before and to remove the category from the custom Tab, I had to remove links from the category (by clicking on Edit).

Thanks Mark. I understand where I was going wrong. I had downloaded the Enhanced Sales Center but I hadnt shown the components so I couldnt see the custom Catergories.
