I’m being told that my username and password are incorrect.

This has been the worst week in history for me an NetSuite, it’s been one thing after another after another after another.

How often do you all find that the ODBC driver reports you’ve entered invalid credentials (even though you KNOW they are correct)?

ARGH! I’m sick of this fragile, unreliable software from NetSuite!

We had a scheduled release of code at 6:00.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

Did you notify your customers about this disruption? Why would you make system changes/updates so close to business hours? That makes no sense?

    RE: Can’t login to ODBC

My last post did not include enough detail. There was no downtime for the regular application, but we ran into an issue that required us to temporarily shutdown the ODBC and partner servers. The problem was resolved and we apologize for the inconvenience.

well, like I said, it’s been a real bad week for us using NetSuite and this was the straw that broke the camel’s back.

    Have a good weekend,

Can’t say that I’m terribly shocked that ODBC appears to have just gone down.

    Once again, I can’t connect, can’t login.

It’s 8:33PM PST and for 10 minutes I haven’t been able to connect.

Oh, finally timed out. Here’s the error:

    ERROR [HZ520] [OpenAccess][OpenRDA ODBC]RDA error: Connection failure
