btwhitehurstI once had to change the default address for a Purchase Order. So I opened the Ship to Address, clicked the Override button and typed in the custom address.
Now every PO I create is created with the custom address. If I turn override off, then the address switches back to the Company Shipping Address. But the next PO we create goes back to the custom address. This has lead to many frantic days calling suppliers and trying to get addresses changed on POs to keep from shipping to the wrong address.
Can anyone speak some light into this problem?
Thanks in advance.

btwhitehurstI found some info from hacking:
It looks like N/S uses the Employee's Location as the default Ship To Address. Even if the Location of the PO is set to a different company address.
We use the Order Items Form to re-stock our locations. N/S used to set the Ship To address on the created PO to the Company Location on the Order Items Form.
Now N/S seems to pick the location of the Employee using the form. Anyone else having this issue?
Thanks.

jwenzerbtwhitehurst,
We have also noticed this! This is absolutely absurd. If we use the order items page and create a purchase order with 1 inventory item the Ship To address SHOULD default to the address of that Location. I looked back at Purchase Orders in July and it was working properly. I cannot believe nobody else is seeing this! Now I probably need to waste hours on the phone with Support trying to explain this, unless somebody can give me a defect # to attach a case to.
Anybody at Netsuite care to respond?

rnedelkowThis is possibly related to Defect 419500 Drop Ship Purchase Order > Customer with Default Ship To address > change Location > Ship To address changed to the Location address. Please contact Support to confirm and attach your case.
