    Hello,

    Myself and a coworker (the IT Director) have created searches and are trying to email the results. We’ve both set up the searches in the same way we’ve done them before, to email, but the emails are not going out at all or are only going to certain individuals. Is anyone else having this problem? Any suggestions?

    Hi Delilah,

    Every once in a while our Mimecast service thinks that NetSuite e-mails are spam and holds them. Are you using something like that where you could check and see if they’re stuck in a spam folder?

    Thanks for the suggestions, we use Outlook and have been checking spam, clutter, and unwanted folders but they’re not there. There are some other scheduled emails that we built several months to over a year ago that are set up the same and working fine but, for some reason, the newer searches won’t email correctly. I’ve tried setting it up by results as well as just entering individuals names, neither are working consistently.

    Random suggestion – have you checked the employee records for the folks that aren’t getting the emails to make sure NetSuite hasn’t flagged the record with a Bounced Email tag?

    On the days that apparently no email was sent, have you looked at the Saved Search’s Execution Log? In particular, the ‘Was Export’ column?
