Every once in a while our Mimecast service thinks that NetSuite e-mails are spam and holds them. Are you using something like that where you could check and see if they’re stuck in a spam folder?

Thanks for the suggestions, we use Outlook and have been checking spam, clutter, and unwanted folders but they’re not there. There are some other scheduled emails that we built several months to over a year ago that are set up the same and working fine but, for some reason, the newer searches won’t email correctly. I’ve tried setting it up by results as well as just entering individuals names, neither are working consistently.
